The YouTube Theater, located at Hollywood Park and part of the SoFi Stadium complex in Inglewood, CA, is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to provide essential support to department leaders. This role involves administrative and executive support tasks, project management, and acting as the key point of contact between leadership, clients, employees, and guests. Hollywood Park, with the 70,000-seat SoFi Stadium as its centerpiece, is a massive mixed-use development that includes residences, a hotel, a retail district, office space, and parks, making it the largest of its kind in the Western United States.
Key Responsibilities
As the Administrative Coordinator, you will support one or more department leaders, ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced environment. Your duties will include:
- Administrative Support:
- Assisting leadership with day-to-day activities such as scheduling, time management, project management, research, and communication.
- Managing and curating the calendar of senior leadership, prioritizing meetings and calls.
- Handling external correspondence on behalf of leadership in a timely and professional manner.
- Project Management:
- Completing projects and special assignments by setting objectives, determining priorities, and facilitating cooperation among team members.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and managing guest arrangements as needed.
- Supporting the project management of key initiatives across the facility.
- Communication and Documentation:
- Creating, editing, and proof-reading communications for leadership.
- Assisting in researching, budgeting, and financing for special projects.
- Revising, drafting, and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Education and Experience:
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a background in administrative support. - Organizational Skills:
Strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment. - Technical Skills:
Intermediate proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications. - Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and synthesize information for various audiences. - Flexibility:
The ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed. - Confidentiality:
Maintaining the strictest level of confidentiality in all dealings.

Salary and Compensation
The compensation for this role is between $25.00 – $26.00 per hour, in line with the California Pay Transparency Act. Hollywood Park bases salaries on the candidate’s education, certifications, and experience, with adjustments for internal and external data. In some exceptional cases, candidates with significant experience or expertise may be considered for the higher end of the salary range.
