Job Overview
Unifi is seeking a dedicated and experienced Airport Station Manager for their Manchester, NH location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing airport station operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements. This role requires a combination of strong leadership, customer service skills, and operational management experience within the airline or aviation industry.
Essential Functions / Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Service and Relationship Building:
- Develops and maintains partnerships with customers to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Acts as a role model in delivering outstanding customer service.
2. Operational and Financial Management:
- Reviews operational and financial reports to ensure station goals and objectives are met.
- Takes corrective actions as required to align with station targets.
3. Compliance and Regulation Adherence:
- Ensures all policies, procedures, customer requirements, and regulatory standards are met.
- Oversees compliance with rules and standards set by relevant regulatory agencies.
4. Employee Relations and Team Management:
- Handles employee relations issues, investigates complaints, and resolves them professionally.
- Promotes a safe and respectful workplace environment, adhering to safety and anti-harassment policies.
- Recruits and manages staff, ensuring appropriate staffing levels.
- Promotes team-building initiatives, coaching, and mentoring to develop and motivate team members.
5. Training and Safety Oversight:
- Ensures all employees are adequately trained and compliant with safety regulations.
- Conducts audits of safety records and monitors adherence to safety standards.
6. Performance Management:
- Sets, measures, and manages performance metrics for self and team members.
- Leads team members in achieving and exceeding operational and financial objectives.
7. Other Duties:
- Performs other related duties as assigned, in alignment with skills and experience.
Pre-requisites
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be a local (in-state) resident.
- Valid In-State Driver’s License.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and a background check up to 10 years.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States as per the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
- Must complete ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security.
Education:
- High School diploma or GED required.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Education:
- Four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
Experience:
- Over 4 years of relevant experience, including supervisory experience.

Working Conditions
Work Schedule:
- Must have flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime. This role operates in a shift bid environment.
Work Environment:
- The role involves working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions (sun, rain, sleet, or snow) and may include exposure to jet and machinery noises, fumes, dirt, and dust for extended periods.
- Must remain alert to moving vehicles or aircraft and effectively use radio equipment.
Physical Demands/Requirements:
- Must regularly lift, carry, push, pull, and move items weighing 70 pounds or more.
- Frequently lift weights of 40-50 pounds on raised surfaces.
- Must be able to walk, climb, bend, kneel, crawl, stoop, and work in cramped or elevated spaces.
- Ability to stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers for computer operation and other tasks.
- Must be able to carry heavy items up and down jetway stairs.
