Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with other fulfillment leads to optimize back-of-house processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in operations.
- Order Processing: Handle order processing and shipping to ensure that all orders are processed within 24-48 hours.
- Data Management: Perform daily data entry and reporting to track performance and maintain accurate records.
- Stock Management: Work with the retail back-of-house team to receive and put away new stock, manage inventory, and conduct cycle counts.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor results to improve eCommerce fulfillment performance and coordinate timely processing of online returns.
- Customer Communication: Partner with the Customer Experience team to update the system and communicate order statuses to customers.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
- Experience: Prior experience in eCommerce or a related field is beneficial.
