Overview
Soko Glam, a leading player in the beauty industry, is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Marketing Associate to join their team on a part-time, contract basis. The role focuses on supporting various marketing initiatives, with an emphasis on content development, event assistance, and influencer outreach. This opportunity is ideal for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while contributing creatively to a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Copy Oversight & Execution:
- Develop and oversee marketing copy across multiple channels, including newsletters, social media, websites, and product pages.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice and marketing objectives.
2. PR Support:
- Assist in tracking PR activities and maintaining media relationships.
- Support the creation of press releases and media pitches to enhance brand visibility.
3. Event Planning:
- Participate in planning and executing brand events, ensuring they align with the overall marketing strategy.
- Coordinate event logistics and collaborate with team members to drive successful outcomes.
4. Influencer Outreach & Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage outreach efforts and collaborate with influencers on campaigns and content creation.
5. Influencer Seeding Campaigns:
- Support the planning and execution of influencer seeding campaigns, promoting product launches and marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with influencers to ensure alignment with brand objectives and messaging.
6. General Marketing Support:
- Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Campaign Marketing and other team members to drive brand growth and awareness.
- Assist with various marketing tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on copywriting, PR management, and event planning.
- Experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and content creation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
