Key Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst at TripNinja, reporting to the Chief Product Officer, your main responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the Technical Customer Success Manager, Product Managers, CPO, and Performance Improvement Squad to analyze customer implementations and identify areas for improvement through data analysis and feedback.
- Conducting competitive analyses and proposing solutions to enhance market share.
- Performing market research to assist the Product Team in making informed, data-driven decisions.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, define requirements, and optimize processes.
- Evaluating current business processes to develop new programs and initiatives.
- Researching customer segments and the competitive landscape to help shape the Product team’s roadmap and strategy.
Required Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Proven experience in creating detailed reports and delivering presentations.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Technical and/or business functional knowledge of relevant systems, tools, reports, and analysis.
- Familiarity with basic data analysis techniques, including SQL and other data manipulation methods.
- Proficiency in PowerBI, AWS Quicksight, or similar tools.
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as an Analyst or in a similar role.
- A bachelor’s degree in commerce or a related field.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong independent work ethic, with the capability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills, along with superior planning and organizational abilities.
