Job Description:
As a Cashier at Princess Auto, you will play a critical role in delivering “Royal Service,” ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience for customers. This position involves working primarily at the checkout or customer service desk, handling transactions, responding to customer inquiries, maintaining store cleanliness, and balancing the cash drawer at the end of your shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service at the checkout or customer service desk, engaging with customers and addressing their needs both in person and over the phone.
- Transaction Processing: Accurately process purchases and handle cash and electronic transactions efficiently.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the front of the store organized and tidy, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.
- Cash Management: Balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
