Role Summary
ZayZoon is seeking a motivated and strategic Customer Lifecycle Marketer to lead our initiatives in customer acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention. This role requires a results-oriented individual with extensive experience in lifecycle marketing, particularly within a B2C SaaS environment. You will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies that highlight the value of ZayZoon’s products and drive significant business outcomes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Analytics, and Creative, you will drive measurable impact and enhance customer experiences across multiple marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Define and implement comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies designed to boost customer lifetime value. Focus on improving activation rates, increasing engagement, and reducing churn through targeted initiatives.
  • Campaign Execution: Lead the creation, execution, and management of marketing campaigns across various channels such as email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging. Ensure campaigns are aligned with performance metrics and business objectives.
  • Audience Segmentation: Identify and segment customer groups to tailor and personalize marketing efforts, ensuring relevance and effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Product Marketing, Analytics, Creative, and Technical teams to design and implement integrated marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize customer data to inform and optimize campaign strategies. Conduct A/B testing to refine and enhance campaign performance continuously.
  • Content Planning: Assist with the development of content calendars and contribute innovative ideas to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Performance Reporting: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of lifecycle marketing campaigns. Provide detailed reports and actionable insights to support continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in leading multi-channel lifecycle marketing initiatives, particularly in a B2C SaaS context. Proven track record of driving customer engagement and managing effective marketing campaigns.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar. Experience with data analysis tools like Tableau, Google Analytics, Looker, or comparable platforms is essential.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with a demonstrated capacity to use data to guide decision-making and optimize marketing performance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical details into compelling narratives and simplifying complex concepts for various audiences.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail with a focus on accuracy and quality, particularly during quality assurance processes.

Remote Work Requirements
Candidates must be based in Canada and have access to a secure, high-speed internet connection and a reliable workspace to ensure the confidentiality of information. This position is permanently remote, allowing you to work effectively from anywhere within the country.
