Job Responsibilities:
As a Food and Beverage Server at Yellowknife Pizza Hut Ltd, your primary duties will include:
- Customer Interaction: Addressing and resolving customers’ complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Bill Handling: Presenting bills to customers and accepting payments through various methods including cash, credit or debit cards, and travelers’ cheques.
- Menu Guidance: Advising customers on menu selections and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Cash Management: Balancing cash and recording sales accurately to ensure proper accounting and financial integrity.
- Table Maintenance: Clearing and cleaning tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a tidy and welcoming dining environment.
- Service Delivery: Serving food and beverages efficiently while ensuring high standards of customer service.
- Special Assistance: Assisting clients and guests with special needs, ensuring their dining experience is comfortable and enjoyable.
Educational and Experience Requirements:
- Education: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in food and beverage service is an asset but not mandatory. Relevant experience in a similar role will be considered.
