Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Supervision and Scheduling: You will be responsible for establishing and managing work schedules to ensure that staff are effectively utilized. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of 11-15 staff members involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Training and Development: Train staff in their job duties, sanitation practices, and safety procedures to maintain high standards. Your role will also involve hiring new food service staff as necessary.
- Quality Control and Customer Service: Ensure that all food and service meet the company’s quality control standards. Address any customer complaints or concerns promptly to uphold excellent service levels.
- Budgeting and Inventory Management: Prepare budget forecasts and cost estimates. Maintain detailed records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage. Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation and manage inventory efficiently.
- Reporting and Coordination: Prepare and submit various reports, including food order summaries for the chef. Supervise and verify the delivery of food trolleys to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications:
