Overview
Crunch Fitness Canada is on an exciting expansion journey with over 50 locations and is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer & Content Creator to join their dynamic team. This role offers a unique blend of graphic design and video content creation, perfect for someone passionate about fitness and creative media. As part of the Crunch Canada Marketing Team, you’ll play a pivotal role in visually representing our brand and engaging with our audience.
Position Summary
The Graphic Designer & Content Creator will be responsible for producing visually appealing graphics and video content that aligns with Crunch Fitness’s No Limits philosophy. Your main focus will be on graphic design while also crafting engaging reels for social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram. You will collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Lead to ensure that all content is both impactful and consistent with our brand’s image.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and create compelling graphics and videos for various digital and print media, including social media posts, advertisements, and email graphics.
- Develop engaging video reels for TikTok and Instagram that reflect the Crunch Fitness brand and its core values.
- Participate actively in brainstorming sessions for campaign development and creative strategy.
- Work with the marketing team to produce creative content that aligns with campaign objectives and brand goals.
- Ensure brand consistency across all content and media platforms.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and Canva.
- Experience in creating video reels for TikTok and Instagram.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating design and video content skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
