Job Responsibilities
As a Grocery Store Cashier, you will be responsible for:
- Operating the Cash Register: Efficiently handle transactions by operating the cash register, processing payments through cash, cheques, and credit/debit cards.
- Scanning Items: Accurately scan items for purchase to ensure correct pricing.
- Receiving Payments: Manage and process payments for goods and services while maintaining accuracy in cash handling.
- Stocking and Maintenance: Replenish shelves as needed and maintain a clean counter area to ensure a pleasant shopping environment.
