Role Overview:

The Merchandising Supervisor, internally known as the Sales Execution Lead, plays a crucial role in ensuring Coca-Cola products are consistently stocked and available across local stores. This position involves managing sales and merchandising activities, coordinating with various teams, and serving as a frontline ambassador to enhance customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for executing sales calls, managing displays, and maintaining product availability to meet company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Execution: Conduct sales calls for assigned accounts, managing product orders and ensuring availability. Your role involves maintaining positive relationships with customers and responding to their needs effectively.
  • Product Merchandising: Oversee product displays, including building, changing, and removing displays as needed. Ensure that product signage is up-to-date and that all areas are clean and organized.
  • Product Management: Replenish store racks, shelves, displays, and coolers by transporting products from backroom storage to the sales floor using manual or powered equipment. Ensure products are displayed according to company standards and Right Execution Daily guidelines.
  • Team Coordination: Communicate regularly with leaders, operations managers, and the merchandising team to provide high-quality service and timely updates. Your coordination will help ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Backroom Management: Organize stock in the backroom, monitor inventory levels, handle damaged products, and complete necessary paperwork. Your efforts will help maintain an efficient and organized stockroom.
  • Customer Service: Act as an ambassador for Coca-Cola by assisting store personnel and consumers. Answer questions, locate products, and provide support to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications:

  • Age & Eligibility: Must be 18 years of age and legally eligible to work.
  • Vehicle Requirement: A personal vehicle is required for use during working hours. You must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and current vehicle liability insurance.
  • Experience: Preferred candidates will have at least 1 year of sales experience, with food or beverage industry experience being a plus. Experience in grocery, retail, warehousing, or related fields is also preferred.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent planning and organization skills, and proficiency with computer applications are essential. Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks is beneficial.
  • Supervision: Experience working independently or with minimal supervision is preferred.
