Key Responsibilities:
As an Overnights Warehouse Coworker, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient goods flow and exceptional customer service. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining smooth operations in line with order parameters.
- Prioritizing customer needs while performing tasks on the shop floor.
- Replenishing sales space according to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Preparing the store for opening to deliver the best shopping experience.
- Seeking innovative methods to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Supporting team members with various tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm for teamwork.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Experience with material handling equipment is a plus, but training will be provided.
- Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new software.
- Approximately six months of experience in a high-volume environment, preferably in replenishment or receiving.
- Flexibility to work early morning hours and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks.
