Toyota of Naperville is looking for a professional, energetic receptionist to join their team. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for customers and will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional experience throughout the dealership. Schedule:
- Full-time position with a 9-hour shift (7 a.m. – 8 p.m.) on weekdays, with one weekday off and Sundays off.
- Saturday shift is from 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Flexibility is required for early and late starts.
Compensation:
- Pay Rate: $15 per hour

Key Responsibilities
As a receptionist at Toyota of Naperville, you will be responsible for:
- Customer Interaction: Greet customers in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Phone System Management: Operate the switchboard telephone system, managing multiple calls efficiently.
- Effective Communication: Communicate professionally with callers, minimizing hold time and providing a friendly experience.
- Message Taking: Record thorough and accurate messages, including the caller’s name, company (if applicable), time, and the message.
- Clerical Assistance: Support the accounting office with various clerical duties as needed.
- Customer Service: Provide courteous and efficient service to all customers and employees.
- Referrals and Guidance: Direct customers with additional questions to the appropriate service advisor or individual.
- Complaint Handling: Address customer complaints with integrity and professionalism, referring them to the relevant person for further communication.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
