Qualifications:
- Education and Experience: A Diploma in Business, Finance, Administration, or Human Resources, with at least three years of recent related experience in a multi-site, multi-union organization, ideally within the public sector.
- Skills and Abilities:
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and MS Office.
- Strong computer and keyboarding skills, with experience in database and web-based applications.
- Excellent client relations skills, including strong written and verbal communication.
- Proven ability to analyze and resolve HRIS issues in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and handle the physical demands of the position.
