Positions Available:
Sales Closer – This role requires experienced and driven individuals to close high-ticket real estate marketing packages, helping clients elevate their annual GCI.
Compensation:
- Base Pay: Potential earnings range from $7,000 to $20,000 monthly, depending on performance.
- Commission Structure:
- Earn a 15% commission on every closed deal.
- Earn an additional 5% commission for appointments that result in closed deals.
- The primary offer is a $7K-$10K CAD Hybrid Consulting Package, designed to help real estate agents scale their income to $300K+ per year.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Sales Closer at Samwhere Online, your primary duties will include:
- Conducting sales calls via Zoom, presenting the company’s hybrid consulting package to potential clients.
- Negotiating pricing with prospects to finalize deals.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure continued business and referrals.
- You will be working with a steady lead flow, with 70-100 new leads generated per day from a mix of paid ads, outbound texts, and virtual assistants scheduling discovery calls.
- Your lead sources will include paid ads on Instagram & Facebook, growing Facebook groups, and outbound text messaging. This means that you will not need to source your own leads.
- As part of the role, you’ll also be expected to manage the follow-up process, ensuring clients receive the best possible service to close deals effectively.
Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, the following qualifications are required:
- Proven experience in sales with a successful track record, particularly in inside sales or real estate-related roles.
- Strong communication skills, particularly when it comes to closing deals and negotiating pricing with clients.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and manage the sales process from start to finish, ensuring follow-through and maintaining relationships.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management software like Salesforce is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Customer service experience is highly valued as maintaining client relationships is crucial to long-term success in this role.
- You must be based in the USA or Canada.
