Key Responsibilities
In your role as a Retail Store Associate, you will engage in various tasks, including:
- Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable answers to their inquiries about merchandise, prices, and ongoing promotions.
- Warehouse Management: Assist in processing daily shipments, ensuring merchandise is organized, received, and presented according to store standards.
- Sales Transactions: Handle refunds, exchanges, and purchases while upholding company guidelines to deliver excellent customer service.
- Fitting Room Assistance: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the fitting room area and assist customers as needed.
What You’ll Need
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A high school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
- Strong customer service skills and effective communication abilities (both verbal and written).
- Good time management skills to handle various tasks efficiently.
- The ability to maintain and organize a warehouse environment effectively.
Pay and Benefits
