Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement
Greet and assist customers with a smile to ensure they have a delightful shopping experience. Offer personalized product recommendations and guidance based on customer preferences. - Product Knowledge
Provide customers with in-depth information about See’s Candies products to help them make informed choices. Stay updated on the latest offerings and promotions to deliver accurate information to customers. - Cash Handling
Accurately handle cash transactions, including sales and returns, while maintaining a high level of efficiency and attention to detail. - Store Maintenance
Maintain a clean, organized store environment. Ensure that merchandise is well-presented and regularly replenished. Adhere to company standards for store upkeep and appearance. - Sales Goals and Safety
Actively contribute to achieving sales targets and goals. Maintain a safe working environment for both customers and employees by following store policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience
Previous experience in customer service and sales is preferred. Candidates with experience in a retail environment will have an advantage. - Interpersonal Skills
