Role Overview
As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of service that Chukar Cherries is known for. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with our customers, providing them with the best experience possible while assisting with orders, inquiries, and problem resolution.
Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Answer and transfer phone calls with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring every customer feels valued.
- Sales Process Presentation: Accurately represent the Chukar sales process across various channels, including Mail Order, Corporate, Wholesale, and Retail.
- Product Education: Provide customers with information about our products, ongoing promotions, and shipping options, helping them make informed choices.
- Order Assistance: Guide customers through their orders on our website, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Organization and Detail Orientation: Maintain meticulous records and details to ensure customer satisfaction with every interaction.
