This position focuses on the lithography printing and displays market, requiring a professional to drive business growth and account penetration within the Northeastern New York and New Jersey territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and Pursue Opportunities: Secure new business accounts by leveraging market insights and customer relationships.
- Grow Revenues: Execute a business plan to enhance sales profitability, growth, and account penetration.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Teams: Gather market intelligence and update customer profiles to refine strategies.
- Develop and Maintain Strong Customer Relationships: Ensure excellent service and maximize profitability across all customer levels.
- Support Contract Creation and Negotiation: Align with established guidelines and margin ranges.
- Provide Accurate Sales Forecasting: Manage account plans and utilize CRM to facilitate an integrated customer approach.
- Promote Cascades’ Offerings: Identify cross-selling opportunities and serve as a market expert to foster long-term customer relationships.
- Execute Administrative Tasks: Manage customer data in SAP, conduct cold calls, and maintain records to support sales activities.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of five years as a Sales Representative, preferably in the corrugated packaging industry.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of the lithography printing and displays market is a significant asset.
- Proven Track Record: Success in acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts.
- Market Understanding: Ability to recognize customer needs, interests, and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities.
- Proficient in Communication: Effective presentation of solutions and superior market knowledge.
- Skilled Negotiator and Influencer: Strong networking abilities and adeptness at identifying and securing opportunities.
- Willingness to Travel: Eagerness to cover the assigned market effectively.
