Key Responsibilities

- Lead the Experience: Work directly with the General Manager to achieve quality standards across three key areas:
- Kitchen: Oversee food quality, safety, cost management, and the introduction of new menu items.
- People: Hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals.
- Service: Ensure all staff are properly trained to deliver a memorable guest experience and organize key service areas to provide the best service possible.
- Understand That Teamwork is Key: Partner with the restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient restaurant operations.
