Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership
- Prioritize sales as the primary focus for the team.
- Train and motivate Stylists to consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
- Implement social selling strategies to enhance customer engagement without being pushy.
- Create personalized fitting room experiences for clients, ensuring a diverse selection of items.
- Conduct regular product knowledge sessions, equipping the team to better serve clients.
- Proactively assist customers during their shopping experience to drive conversions.
- Build and maintain a book of loyal clients through personalized outreach using the One Shop app.
- Monitor and report on individual and team sales performance using the Heartland sales report.
Operational Excellence
- Utilize a daily productivity spreadsheet to track tasks and priorities.
- Manage store operations to align with Per Lei’s policies, ensuring a clean and organized sales environment.
- Address client concerns swiftly, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Complete daily tasks efficiently, avoiding disruptions during peak hours.
- Oversee inventory management, including weekly supply orders and maintaining accurate stock levels.
Visual Merchandising
- Integrate new inventory effectively into store displays, ensuring visual appeal.
- Maintain consistent presentation standards across all merchandising elements.
- Regularly update displays to reflect seasonal trends and promotional items.
Scheduling and Staffing
- Develop and manage monthly employee schedules, adapting to store needs.
- Maintain a proactive approach to recruiting new talent, ensuring the team remains fully staffed.
Community Engagement
- Plan and execute in-store events, collaborating with local businesses to enhance community presence.
- Engage with customers through social media, contributing content for promotional efforts.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- 2+ years in retail (clothing, accessories, jewelry, beauty).
- 1+ years in a management or assistant management role.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Fashion-savvy with the capability to connect with customers.
- Collaborative mindset, open to feedback, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in technology, including point-of-sale systems.
- Other:
- Flexibility to accommodate retail hours and weekend shifts.
