Gibraltar Mines Limited is seeking a motivated Warehouse Labourer to join our team in Gibraltar, BC. This full-time position offers an hourly wage of $28.79 and is essential for the efficient operation of our mining facility. You will report directly to the Warehouse Supervisor and play a critical role in ensuring that our warehouse functions smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Warehouse Labourer, your primary duties will include:
- Forklift Operation: Proficiently handling and loading materials with a forklift to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Goods Management: Completing store requests and facilitating the delivery of goods around the mine site. You will also be responsible for offloading shipments and verifying the accuracy of incoming deliveries by comparing them to the Bill of Lading (BOL) to ensure all items are in excellent condition.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining an accurate forklift logbook, documenting any gaps or issues, and reporting them to the Warehouse Supervisor promptly.
- Customer Service: Providing high-quality customer service in accordance with company standards and warehouse standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Work Environment Maintenance: Ensuring a safe and clean work environment by keeping docks, yards, and laydown areas organized and free from hazards.
- Team Contribution: Collaborating with your team to achieve related results and assist in problem-solving and prioritizing daily tasks.
Qualifications:
Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:
- Education: A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience: Prior experience using a forklift and a professional forklift certification are strongly preferred. Additionally, having experience in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail is crucial.
- Skills: Strong time management skills, teamwork abilities, and a customer service mentality are essential for success in this role. Dependability and the capability to maintain equipment are also important.
