Job Responsibilities
As a Warehouseperson, your duties will include:
- Product Handling: Load, unload, and move products and materials using manual handling techniques or basic material handling equipment.
- Order Management: Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately. This includes weighing materials and goods, making and attaching labels, and ensuring proper wrapping and unpacking of goods.
- Stock Management: Maintain stock levels and ensure efficient organization of inventory within the warehouse.
Work Environment and Conditions
- Work Setting: You will be working in a warehouse environment that requires handling heavy materials, potentially more than 45 kg (100 lbs).
- Physical Demands: The role involves standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling. You will need to handle repetitive tasks and work under tight deadlines, all within a fast-paced environment.
- Work Conditions: You will be expected to work efficiently under pressure with manual dexterity and attention to detail.
