Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
As a Web Developer at TECHBIT SOLUTIONS, your role will involve:
- Client Consultation: Work closely with clients to understand and document their website requirements. Translate these requirements into technical specifications and actionable plans.
- Technical Communication: Clearly communicate technical issues, processes, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Documentation: Prepare comprehensive reports, manuals, and documentation related to the status, operation, and maintenance of software.
- Website Design: Source, select, and organize information to design the website’s appearance, layout, and flow. Ensure that the site meets client expectations and adheres to industry standards.
- Content Creation: Create and optimize content for the website using various tools and software, including graphics, databases, and animation.
- Interactive Media: Research and evaluate interactive media software products to enhance the functionality and user experience of the website.
- Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to develop website graphics, content, and interactive features.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct tests and implement security and quality control measures to ensure the website operates smoothly and securely.
Technical Skills and Knowledge
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Programming Languages and Tools: Proficiency in jQuery, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Java, ASP, DHTML, and Shell script.
- Web Technologies: Experience with React.js, ASP.NET, .NET, MySQL, and WordPress.
- Software and Systems: Familiarity with website creation and management software, web service design, MS Office, API, Git, and SharePoint.
- Development Practices: Ability to handle fast-paced environments, meet tight deadlines, and manage repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
